How to Delete Your Data
Ad IntellX respects your privacy and provides multiple ways to request deletion of your data associated with your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account.
Option 1: Remove App Access via Facebook
- Go to your Facebook App Settings
- Find "Ad IntellX" in your list of connected apps
- Click "Remove" to disconnect the app
- When you remove the app, we automatically receive a notification and begin deleting your data
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
- Send an email to savalas@adintellx.com
- Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Provide the email address associated with your Ad IntellX account
- We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation
What Data We Delete:
- Your Meta OAuth access tokens
- Ad account performance metrics we collected
- Algorithm detection logs associated with your account
- AI recommendations generated for your campaigns
- Any stored account preferences and settings
Data Retention After Deletion
Once you request deletion:
- Active data is deleted within 30 days
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained (cannot identify you)
- Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance
